INTRODUCTION
The MILCO Adjust-a-Trak Penetration-free Panel Forming System™ enables tilt-up contractors to eliminate the need to use penetrating devices such as nails and bolts to secure edge forms, cutouts, chamfer and reveal to floor slabs.
The "MILCO System" for reducing surface penetrations includes MILCO Tilt-Up & Precast Spray Adhesive, which is manufactured for MILCO by 3M™ Company, and MILCO Adjust-a-Trak™ PVC forms — combined with specific application methods and the utilization of complementary construction products to assure optimum results in a wide variety of climatic conditions.

♦ EASILY REMOVE REVEAL STRIPS — Just insert a flat blade or scraper under one end of a form or strip after the pour or lift-up... it pops right off the floor slab! And if you need to correct a mistake in positioning the form or strip before the pour, removing and re-locating is a snap!

MILCO Adjust-a-Trak
PENETRATION-FREE PANEL FORMING SYSTEM™
The MILCO Penetration-free Forming System includes MILCO Adjust-a-Trak™ "EdgeTrak"™, "CommonTrak"™, FormBlock™ panel support blocks and TrakCap™ height-adjustable PVC forms.
With the MILCO System, quick installation of common forms and edge forms is made with these easy steps...
(1) For edge form installations, MILCO 6" x 6" PVC FormBlock™ panel support blocks are installed on 24" centers on the floor slab against the snap lines along the perimeter edges of the slab with MILCO Tilt-Up & Precast Spray Adhesive.
(2) A suitable panel form, such as standard height 1.25"-thick LSL or LDL panel form, is inserted into the EdgeTrak™ channel and then together fitted against the "L"-shaped 5" x 6" concrete form brackets that have been pre-attached to the MILCO FormBlocks™ .
(3) To adjust panel height, a 1.25" - wide LSL, LDL or plastic spacer of pre-determined height is inserted into the Adjust-a-Trak™ channel before insertion of the panel form. The spacers are distributed along the Adjust-a-Trak™ as necessary to support the ends of each length of LSL panel form that will rest on top of the spacers.

(4) CommonTrak™ sections are installed against a chalk line directly to the floor slab with MILCO Tilt-up Spray Adhesive. A suitable LSL or LDL panel form, is then inserted into the CommonTrak™ channel.

(5) Finally, MILCO TrakCap™ is placed over the previously inserted panel form to finish the installation.
(6) Use MILCO Tilt-up & Precast Spray Adhesive to quickly and securely attach the reveal without damaging the floor surface.
(7) Save on inventory! After the pour, easily remove the edge forms and common forms BEFORE lifting the panels and "leap-frog" them to the next set of panels under construction.
