MILCO CONCRETE CONCEPTS, LLC ("MILCO") is a Nevada Limited Liability Company established to develop and market improved methods and products related to the construction industry, with particular emphasis upon concrete tilt-up structures.The principal Managers of MILCO are Bob Miller and Greg Stadter of Vancouver, Washington.

Bob Miller grew up in the states of Montana and Oregon and began his career in the construction industry by working as a Journeyman Ironworker in the Portland area nearly thirty years ago. Following his work on projects such as the I-405 Fremont Bridge structure, Mr. Miller expanded his experience by becoming qualified as a Journeyman Carpenter and subsequently advanced into project management as General Superintendent for Baugh Construction Company of Portland, Oregon. During his work with Baugh, Mr. Miller supervised the construction of the $38 million St. Joseph's Hospital project in Vancouver, Washington.
One of Mr. Miller's largest projects was serving as General Superintendent for the Grove Atkinson Kiewett consortium during its construction of the $141 million I-205 Glen Jackson Bridge span across the Columbia River which was completed in 1982. The Glen Jackson Bridge was the first post-tension bridge structure to be completed in the State of Oregon.
Mr. Miller's experience with tilt-up construction began during his association with Christiansen - McDonald, Inc., a Vancouver, Washington-based heavy construction firm that specialized in a "pre-fab" tilt-up construction technique. Mr. Miller's largest tilt-up structure to date is the 82,000 square feet Fred Meyer Shopping Center in Clackamas, Oregon. To date, Mr. Miller has supervised the erection of more than 125 tilt-up projects.
Mr. Miller enjoys family activities with his wife and four adult children and he is an enthusiastic outdoorsman. He especially enjoys trail riding into wilderness areas with his horses.
Mr. Miller is responsible for MILCO's product and new methods development, product testing and marketing.
Greg Stadter is resident of Vancouver, Washington where he has practiced law since 1979. Mr. Stadter comes from a family of judges and public servants and studied in Europe and the USA. He graduated with honors in history and economics before attending law school in Los Angeles, California.Mr. Stadter's areas of professional concentration have included construction law, domestic and "offshore" business planning and structuring, corporate, commercial, insurance, real property, intellectual property, product liability, environmental, international and banking law and drafting of complex business agreements. He is past Chairman of the Clark County Bar Association Legislative Committee and has served on other community committees and boards from time to time. Mr. Stadter is admitted to practice in state and federal courts.
Prior to his law studies, Mr. Stadter served in the United States Army where he was in charge of supply and logistical planning for the 56th Medical Battalion in Ludwigsburg, West Germany. Mr. Stadter has two daughters and enjoys biking, hiking and other outdoor activities. He has traveled extensively throughout the world and he is a published nature and railroad photographer.
Mr. Stadter is responsible for handling MILCO's intellectual property and patent maintenance program, its strategic licensing agreements, industry liaisons, product distribution, business and tax planning and general administrative matters.
MILCO CONCRETE CONCEPTS LLC's principal business philosophy is to be an acquirer and facilitator of intellectual properties related to improved methods and products that fill a specific purpose in the construction industry. MILCO is dedicated to forging strategic market alliances with suppliers of construction materials and products world-wide.
MILCO's threshold intellectual properties pertain to improved methods for use by the commercial construction industry to temporarily attach reveal, edge forms and other objects to a working surface, including cured concrete and surfaces over which a "bondbreaker" substance or releasing agent has been applied. MILCO is the holder or licensee of one or more provisional patent applications, patent applications and/or patents pertaining to the use of spray adhesives for such purposes in the construction industry.In brief, MILCO has developed a method for the construction industry to substantially minimize the number of surface penetrations required for tilt-up and other types of construction work involving concrete. The net effect is that floor and wall surface appearance is greatly enhanced and labor, post-pour patching and long-term floor maintenance expenses are substantially reduced.
The "MILCO System" for reducing surface penetrations involves the use of a specific product — MILCO Tilt-Up Spray Adhesive — combined with a specific application method and the utilization of complementary and compatible construction products in concert with appropriate end-user training to assure optimum results in a wide variety of climatic conditions.
